BM Naidu joined CGG in February 2013 after 17 years of professional experience in health and social sector research. He did his Ph.D. in Statistics with specialization in Operations Research. Dr Naidu received Takemi Fellowship in Interernational Health from Harvard School of Public Health, Boston. At CGG, Dr Naidus work involves conducting social research, designing research methodologies, implementing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems for medium to large scale projects and providing guidance and support to research teams in conducting research studies in social and health sectors. His work involves coordination and interaction with development partners as well as National and State governments in undertaking monitoring and evaluation of programmes/projects. His strength lies in designing operations research studies including preparation of sampling designs, developing study tools, coordinating and mentoring research teams, analytical skills and, performing advanced statistical data analysis using SPSS, interpretation of results and report writing. He published several research papers in scientific journals and prepared a number of project reports in the areas of quantitative analysis, health and family welfare and health insurance.
