Long term manpower planning and recruitment policy
As the Core Committee constituted vide G.O. Rt. No. 5710 was already going into recommendations of Second Administrative Reforms Commission Recommendations, these terms of reference were also referred to the Core Committee vide G.O. Rt. No. 367. The Committee held 8 meetings and submitted its first report on 18.3.2011 to the Chief Minister. The presentation made to Chief Minister on 1/6/ 2011 was based on this report.
