The Centre for Good Governance is governed by a Board, with the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh as the Chairman. The other members include Minister for Home, Minister for I&PR and Minister for Marketing & Warehousing, the Chief Secretary to Government and key Government Secretaries, as well as distinguished personalities drawn from the private sector and civil society with expertise and interest in governance reforms.

The research programme and other activities of the Center are steered by a Steering Committee under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Minister for Finance, Government of Andhra Pradesh.The other members of the Steering Committee include Hon'ble Minister for Home, Hon'ble Minister for I&PR, key Government Secretaries and representatives from the private sector and civil society organizations.
