Education: Any Graduate.
Exp: 2 – 3 years
1) Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
2) Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
3) Following up complicated customer calls where required
4) Maintain daily issues in the form of Excel
5) Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
6) Ability to deal with difficult callers
7) Logical thinker
9) Up-to-date Application technical knowledge
8) Good analytical and problem solving skills
10) Good interpersonal and customer care skills
11) Must have knowledge on MS-office (Excel,word)
12) Other works as assigned by higher authorities.
