Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.Sc strong exposure on SDLC.

Skill:  QMS, ISO,ISMS CMMI, Six Sigma , quality culture , quality operations

  • Must have attended Intro to CMMI Training
  • Creation of Internal maturity frame work.
  • Candidates must have IT background

Exp:  5 + years

  • Should have experience of implementing processes required to achieve and sustain relevant ISO and CMMI certifications in software engineering environment.  and conducting quality assurance activities
  •  Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree with strong exposure on SDLC  

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent coaching, training skills
  • Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships

Strategy/Customer Focus:

•           Drive the implementation of processes required to improve project quality and

customer experience

•           Be responsible for Internal customer satisfaction on quality of services provided.      

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Hands on experience &Complete end to end implementation on CMMI L3 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 implementation
  • Providing process facilitation to the project teams on process methodologies and be the First Point of Contact (FPOC) from the Quality Implementation Team
  • Able to interface with senior organization roles of Project Managers and Project Leads to implement organizational processes
  • Capable of identifying process training needs and impart necessary trainings to the organization or project teams
  • Capable of identifying process improvements, collect best practices and lessons learnt from projects and update the organization database
  • Conduct monthly process compliance reviews and internal audits to ensure process effectiveness and report observations or findings to the senior management
  • Follow up with project teams to ensure closure of audit findings in an effective manner
  • Definition / re-definition of processes as required by continual improvement needs  
  • Six Sigma and ISMS awareness would be an added advantage
  • responsible for overall development, implementation and QMS certification process. 
  • Expertise in creationof ISO & CMMI Implementation, Process GAP Identification, Check point review
  • Internal customer satisfaction with quality of services provided.
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits
  • Extending Support t external Appraisals
