Manishankar Madisheety holds a Masters degree in Urban Development and Management from TERI University, New Delhi. Since then, he has acquired 5 years of work experience in the areas of Urban Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene, Developmental Planning (Master Planning), livelihood and skill development. He worked with NGOs, Research Organizations and consulting firms in various states of India (Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana).
He undertook research studies on climate change & urbanizations and their impact on water supply systems of cities. He also worked closely with various local self government institutions and provided handholding support to them in handling the central schemes. He also has experience in working with Self Help Groups and brining them to sanitation livelihoods.
He joined CGG as a Knowledge Manager in September 2021. At CGG, he is assigned to pursue the various research based tenders from the government institutions, preparing tender documents, submitting the proposal and the execution of the same if awarded.
