Project : Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for Telangana State Police

Project Brief:

Telangana State Police has conceptualized and implemented a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to enhance the internal efficiency of employees and align administrative processes with the department’s strategic objectives. The HRMS application has been rolled out across all units of the Telangana Police to improve accountability in internal administration. The system significantly reduces manual effort by automatically generating required templates and documents, enabling processing staff to complete official documentation with minimal customization and updates. It empowers employees to perform their daily tasks more efficiently, while providing reporting officers at all levels with comprehensive dashboards and monitoring tools, ensuring transparency and real-time data tracking.

The HRMS application currently manages the data of over one Lakh employees, including individual employee records and official logins, covering 9 Commissionerates, 20 Districts, and 23 Special Wings. The system provides a dynamic Employee Service Register for real-time record management, supports Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) enablement for secure and authenticated transactions, and includes a File Tracking System to ensure transparent workflow monitoring. In addition, integrated MIS reports and dashboards enable data-driven decision-making and effective administrative oversight across the Telangana State Police organization.

One of the core features of the application is its seamless integration with critical systems to enable effective policing through e-Governance.

  • It is integrated with the CCTNS Web Application, where TGHRMS-based login authentication allows police personnel to securely file FIRs after authentication.
  • The system is also connected with the TSCOPS Mobile Application, where TGHRMS credentials are used for employee authentication and enable police personnel to apply for leave directly through the mobile platform.
  • Additionally, it is integrated with the BRAOU Graduation Scheme Application, where TGHRMS credentials are used for employee verification and facilitate the enrolment of police personnel into the Graduation Scheme.
