Petitions received from Public Representative & other VIPs which are mostly endorsed by Hon’ble Chief Minister are processed through this application.
The petitions received are forwarded to concerned Departments from the office of OSD to CM. Departments are responsible for updating the action taken report. Departments can also forward the petition to Heads of Departments or Corporations or Societies for the resolution of the petitions and updation of details resolution provided or action taken. All Principal Secretaries / Secretaries of Chief Minister Office (CMO) have been provided access to this application for follow ups.
