Project : Election Management System for Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission (APSEC)

CGG has designed and developed the APSEC application to streamline and enhance the electoral processes of the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission. The application includes mobile and web platforms to support various electoral activities across institutions such as Municipal Corporations, Municipalities, Zilla Parishads, Mandal Parishads, and Gram Panchayats, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with election regulations.

The key modules of the APSEC application include the Electoral Rolls Management System (ERMS), Polling Personnel Randomization System (PPRS), and Election Process Management System (EPMS), along with a mobile application that supports services such as voter slip download, “Know Your Polling Station,” and role-based login for Presiding Officers, Micro Observers, Zonal Officers, and Route Officers to record real-time poll turnout and related activities. Additionally, the system includes a Ticketing System for issue tracking and support management.
