Jeevan brings over 40 years of global leadership experience, driving innovation and operational excellence across diverse industries, such as Homeland Security, Information Technology, Manufacturing, MRO, Supply Chain, and Retail. He specializes in end-to-end software product lifecycle delivery – transforming large-scale, complex initiatives into reality.
He is known for building offshore delivery capability from the ground up (ODCs), leading cross-geo ownership transitions, and scaling Agile ways of working in multi-time zone environments. His work spans global teams and stakeholders across India, the Netherlands, the US, and Brazil, with a consistent focus on measurable outcomes, and delivery excellence.
During early in his career (early 1990s), he developed, and deployed a custom, real-time MRP-II system across multiple divisions via WAN streamlining business processes and improving operational productivity.
He spearheaded a major parameterized global localization program integrating requirements for 15+ countries into a unified ERP-native platform; coordinated an India-Brazil development teams with a co-code ownership and 15+ country business consultants under the follow-the-sun model accelerating the product release to the market.
Served as a Technical Consultant to the State Police across multiple wings – driving digital transformation of policing workflows via bespoke solutions.
He played a pivotal role in the Safe and Smart City initiative, delivering a unified platform integrating large-scale video surveillance (over 100,000 planned end points), multi-agency criminal databases, intelligent traffic management, citizen services and mobile apps into a cohesive command-and-control interface.
He was instrumental in the design and deployed a city-wide adaptive traffic signaling system for a major Municipal Corporation. This project scaled across traffic junctions, strengthening daily traffic operations for the local traffic department.
He led the delivery of a pioneering HD CCTV surveillance program in a city IT corridor within a police Commissionerate jurisdiction – improving situational visibility through coordinated multi-agency delivery.
As the Agile Champion, he led organization-wide adoption/rollout of Agile/Scrum by mentoring cross-functional teams and implementing standardized frameworks – improving delivery efficiency and increasing development velocity.
Served as a key local champion for M&A transition programs – aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business continuity and ensuring post-merger synergies.
He holds a Masters in Operations Research & SQC (OR&SQC) from SV University, AP, and Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) from NITIE (now, IIM Mumbai).
He is a Certified Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance; his major professional training includes a Certified JDA Trainer for 7-Habits of Highly Effective People by Steven Covey’s Institute; Leadership Workshop by world-renowned author Shiv Khera; and Management Development Program (MDP) by Thermax through IIM, Ahmedabad.
