CGG has undertaken the development and maintenance of the TG-ACB website and Case Monitoring System applications to strengthen TS-ACB’s online presence, streamline communication, and efficiently manage public feedback and complaints. These applications play a vital role in delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience for both citizens and ACB officials. The ACB Case Monitoring System serves as a digitized case management platform, enabling petition registration, workflow tracking, and case closure through a structured, role-based hierarchy.
As on March 2026, approximately 17,648 cases have been registered and managed through this system, demonstrating its effectiveness in handling large-scale case operations efficiently.
