DEABAS/FMS is a Double-Entry Accrual-Based Accounting System developed by CGG to enhance financial governance by automating key financial processes across government organizations. It provides seamless integration, real-time data access, and compliance mechanisms, ensuring streamlined financial operations that meet regulatory standards. By improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability, DEABAS/FMS enables organizations to accurately present their financial position, resource management and supports decision-making. The system includes several modules like:
- Functional modules for handling receipts, expenditures, payments, and financial reports
- Revenue Management System for property tax demand, mutation processing, and revenue Tracking
- Budget Module for monitoring budget allocations
- Fixed Asset Register System for asset tracking and control
- Inventory Module for managing purchases and stock levels.
- Ticketing and tools have been added to our software
