The Telangana Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships (ePASS) portal serves as a centralized platform for facilitating the online application and disbursement of scholarships to eligible students of SC, ST, BC, EBC & Disable Welfare Students in the State of Telangana. This portal streamlines the process of scholarship distribution by providing a user-friendly interface for students to apply for various scholarships schemes offered by the government. Through the ePASS portal, students can also access information about scholarships available, eligibility criteria, submit application, and track the status.

The portal not only enhances accessibility and transparency but also aims to expedite the scholarship distribution process, ensuring timely financial assistance to deserving students. It offers features such as online application submission, document verification, and direct beneficiary transfer, minimizing bureaucratic hurdles and promoting efficiency. By leveraging technology, the Telangana ePASS portal contributes to the government's mission of empowering students from economically weaker sections to pursue their education without financial constraints, thus fostering inclusive growth and development in the state.

In 2024-25, Rs. 929 Crore was disbursed to 7.20 Lakh pre-metric and post-metric beneficiaries.
