The Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) is a flagship initiative of the Government of Telangana aimed at regularizing unauthorized layouts and plots. To facilitate the seamless implementation of LRS 2020, CGG developed a robust, web-based and mobile-enabled application that supports end-to-end management of the application scrutiny process. The system offers real-time monitoring, application tracking, and report generation through an intuitive dashboard. The MA&UD Department is the nodal department, and CGG maintains the end-to-end digital platform for processing applications.
As of 31st December 2025, out of 25 lakh total applications, fee intimations were issued for 20.13 lakh, with 5.28 lakh applicants completing payments—generating Rs. 1618 Crore in revenue to the Govt. of Telangana.
