Job Title: Data Processing Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Processing Operator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, validation, processing, analysis, and report generation using Excel and other data management tools while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately into Excel or company software systems
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Generate basic reports using MS Excel
- Organize files and maintain proper documentation
- Assist the team in data cleaning and data validation tasks
- Follow company data security and confidentiality guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, simple formulas like SUM, COUNT)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email handling)
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn
