Position: Business Technical Analyst
Experience:
• Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience in IT application support,
implementation, or software development.
• Previous experience in IT roles such as Software Developer, Business Analyst,
Project Associate.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and
stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of government projects and familiarity with schemes implemented
by Central or State Government organizations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification
• M. Tech, MCA, B.E (Comp), B. Tech
Skill Set:
• Proficiency in the SDLC process.
• Experience in stakeholder consultation and engagement.
• Exposure to government projects or IT systems/online services implemented by
Central or State Governments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and manage project documentation at every stage of the SDLC
and project management.
• Proficiency in managing and documenting meeting outcomes and defining
actionable tasks
• Proficiency in preparing workflows, use cases, wireframes, and prototypes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, departments,
and end-users, to gather and understand requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between government entities and technical
teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation at each level of
Software Development Life Cycle and project management
• Document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Document meeting outcomes by identifying and defining actionable items with
assigned responsibilities and deadlines. Share the finalized minutes and action
points with stakeholders and monitor progress on assigned tasks.
• Prepare workflows, use cases, wireframes, and prototypes to validate designs
with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify project scope, priorities, and desired outcomes.
• Work with technical teams to design systems that align with stakeholder needs,
government policies, and regulations.
• Knowledge in creating project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables align with milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend
improvements.
• Define testing criteria and participate in system testing, user acceptance
testing (UAT), and solution validation.
• Identify and track defects, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the development team to address and resolve any system
issues reported by users.
• Develop training materials, user manuals to support stakeholders in
transitioning to new systems.
• Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users.
