Position : Java – Software Developer

Job Title: Java Developer

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Java Application Development

  • Develop, test, and maintain Java applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java EE.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on project requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

Backend Development

  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.

  • Manage data persistence using relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.

Testing & Debugging

  • Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure software quality.

  • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues from QA and production environments.

Code Optimization & Maintenance

  • Enhance application performance by identifying and fixing bottlenecks.

  • Refactor code and implement best practices for maintainability.

  • Monitor and improve the stability of existing systems.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with front-end, QA, and project teams in an Agile environment.

  • Participate in standups, sprint planning, and peer code reviews.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and workflows.

  • Provide progress updates and flag risks or issues proactively.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Java development and strong OOP fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

  • Proficiency in RESTful API development and web services integration.

  • Database experience: MySQL, PostgreSQL.

  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
