Padmini Ramadoss comes from Human Resource background, bringing over two decades of rich experience in workforce management, strategic HR operations, and organizational transformation across the IT and ITES sectors. She is known for driving data-driven workforce strategies that align talent capabilities with business objectives, enabling scalable and high-performing organizations. She holds an MBA degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with Biotechnology from the University of Madras. She has further enhanced her leadership capabilities through executive education in emerging areas such as AI-led leadership from Indian School of Business, reflecting her forward-looking approach to modern HR practices. Padmini began her career in 1999 and has since built extensive expertise across leading organizations including Tech Mahindra, Atos Syntel, Hexaware Technologies, Polaris Software Lab, and others. Over the years, she has successfully led large-scale workforce operations supporting over 6,000 plus employees globally, with a strong focus on resource planning, demand-supply forecasting, utilization optimization, and HR transformation. In her leadership roles, she has been instrumental in designing and implementing capacity planning models, improving workforce utilization, and optimizing staffing strategies to drive operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. She has partnered closely with business and delivery leaders to develop KPI-driven frameworks, enhance decision-making through analytics and dashboards, and ensure alignment between workforce strategy and organizational growth. Padmini has also played a critical role in strengthening governance, compliance, and audit readiness, consistently maintaining high standards across functions. Her collaborative approach with talent acquisition teams has enabled seamless hiring strategies, including campus and lateral recruitment aligned with business demand.
