Narasing Rao Vinjamuri is a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager with over 22 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions, digital transformation, cloud modernization, engineering strategy, and architecture governance across global banking, capital markets, investment banking, and financial services organizations.
He has worked with leading organizations including Wells Fargo, Virtusa, Infosys, and Ness Technologies, managing complex technology initiatives spanning banking, payments, lending, investment banking, fraud and risk management, and regulatory compliance. His experience includes supporting global platforms and customers across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
He brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud-native engineering, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Apache Kafka, distributed systems, and platform engineering. He has played a key role in modernizing more than 100 enterprise applications to AWS and Kubernetes, while establishing technology strategies, reference architectures, and platform engineering standards.
As an experienced technology leader, he has led engineering organizations of 30–40 professionals across Engineering, QA, UI, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Production Support. His leadership experience includes engineering delivery, architecture governance, Agile transformation, stakeholder and vendor management, resource planning, budgeting, and building high-performing global teams.
He also has experience in AI-powered software engineering and Generative AI, including AI-SDLC adoption, GitHub Copilot, Spring AI, Llama models, AI-assisted code generation, automated testing, intelligent code review, documentation automation, and AI-driven observability. These initiatives have supported improvements in developer productivity, engineering efficiency, software quality, and delivery.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an EPGBM from IIM Calcutta. He is also a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and SAFe 4 Agilist.
Throughout his career, he has modernized technology platforms, strengthened engineering practices, improved operational efficiency, and delivered secure and scalable financial systems. He has architected high-throughput platforms capable of processing more than 10 million financial transactions per day and has driven initiatives involving DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud transformation, observability, and continuous improvement.
