Mr Janakiram Pippalla holds a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from Osmania University and has about 16 years’ experience in different fields of Organizational Development and Governance Consulting apart from Human Resources Management.
He has joined CGG in mid-2015 and has about two years’ experience in Human Resources Management, and now associated with Organizational Development and Governance. Prior to this, he has 14 years’ experience in the areas mentioned.
The gamut of area of expertise includes strategic management consulting, capacity enhancement training, Design & implementation of various Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Programs, Recruitment, designing and implementation of Performance Management Systems, Compensation designing and other related Organizational Development and Human Resources Management functions.
His experience is spread across different industries such as IT, ITES, Logistics, Government and Public-Sector Undertakings.
He has provided his consulting services to various Government Institutions including that of Public Sector Undertakings. Some of the clients with which he has worked recently include, Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India; Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), Government of India; Council of Industrial & Scientific Research (CSIR), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR); Different departments of Government of Telangana & Government of Andhra Pradesh; Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Garo Hills Autonomous District Council, Meghalaya etc.
